What’s Cooking?
This first recipe I am sharing with you is very special to me. I used to eat these when I was young, but I didn’t start making them until Dave and I lived in Rhode Island when he was in college. We had very little money and although this could be labor intense, it was relatively inexpensive to make. Along with beans and rice it makes an impressive yet inexpensive meal.
